By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below. Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me. Prior to the commission.GENERAL• I will not do mecha or nsfw.
• You can ask for updates. I don’t charge for showing updates.
• Please do not rush me, I need time to complete the work.COPYRIGHT POLICY• I hold all copyright to my artwork.
• Commissioner may repost the art on other sites giving me credits, you may not print the art or do merchandising it is for personal use only and not for sale.
• Commissioner is not allowed to reproduce or alter commissioned piece to resell for profit.
• If commissioner would like to buy rights to the commissioned art, extra 50% charges of the total commission will incur.PROCESS• Commissions are first come, first served. Yo can check the queue HERE.
• I start on the request art only after I get the payment.
• I need you to fully complete the Google form with the required information, please, the more specific you can be, the better.
• You have access to unlimited changes during the sketch phase, after you are satisfied with the sketch, no more free changes will be accepted.
• Turn around time will be between 15-30 days, the time can be reduced or increased depending on the amount of commissions.
• If commissioner wants any type of changes that involves redrawing once the commission is finished, extra charges will incur.
• After commissioner accept the sketches, I will color the drawings, I don’t fix anything freely after coloring.
• Color changes are welcomed before I send the files to you, with no extra charges. After I send the files, color changes will have extra charges.
• Finished commission will be sent by email.PAYMENT• Any payment are made through PAYPAL.
• Payments will be only accepted in $USD.
• I require full payment to start your commission.
• PayPal invoice will be sent to the commissioner after agreement between artist and commissioner.
• If you are interest in doing merchandise. You must pay an additional 100% of the total price, for royalties.
• If you want your commission to have priority. You must pay an additional 50% of the total price.IMPORTANT• You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstance after payment are received.
• If money has not been sent yet the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.
